You only need a pair of headphones: Sing records your voice without latency and mixes it with track, you can use the internal microphone (you will be impressed by the quality of the recordings!) or your own external mic, attached using one of the many peripherals available for iOS (for example Tascam iXZ, iRig Pro, iRig Mic and iRig PRE).
