The St. Joseph the Worker Youth Employment and Resources program assists teens and young adults become successfully employed in quality jobs to ensure they do not fall into the troubling demographic of disconnected youth.
St. Joseph the Worker Youth Employment and Resources provides clients with access to resources that prepare them to be workforce-ready and better long-term employees. Our mission is to enhance the likelihood of self-sufficiency in young adults that will continue into their futures and creating a difference for their futures. These resources are now available through the St. Joseph the Worker Youth Employment and Resources app.
Whether looking for your first job, a better paying job or asking your current employer for a raise or promotion, the app will help you build the skills necessary to accomplish these goals in an engaging,
fun approach.

Each time you log in and complete a badge you earn points which can be redeemed for gift cards! Create a resume, build soft skills by watching a workshop, complete job readiness quizzes, browse through job postings, brush up on your interviewing skills, and request resources for your new job are all part of the app. Every badge brings you one step closer to finding that job or getting that promotion (and, of course, earning those gift cards!).

If you have questions, a Workforce Specialist will be there to assist you. If you need help with your resume, would like them to schedule a mock interview, or if you just started a new job and need
resources, submit a request in the app; it’s that simple.
