Sending parcels using skeykim is easy as ABC.
Download Skeykim app and sign up
Go to the menu, then “standard shipping” and click “send parcel” at the top right corner, you can also use the shortcut by clicking the box icon on the homepage located at the top right corner.
Search skeykim agent in your town/neighbourhood where you will drop off the parcel
Search recipient agent, this the agent where your parcel will be picked
Take picture of your product or upload a saved picture from your phone gallery
Enter product description, weight, dimensions if bulky, recipient name and other details
Enter the value of your product for insurance purposes
Finish the process by paying for your parcel via credit card or m-pesa
Track your parcel from your skeykim app and get notified whenever it’s delivered.
