However, these experiences can vary significantly from one trainee or workplace to the next. This makes it difficult for trainers to know which skills are actually being acquired.
SkillRecord Passport includes two complementary tools to illuminate on-the-job training progress:
- The Passport highlights the tasks that have been mastered by a trainee. Tasks are signed off by qualified reviewers as the trainee is able to demonstrate proficiency.
- The Logbook summarizes trainee’s work hours and experiences. Reviewers can endorse logbook entries created by trainees to verify their accuracy.
Both tools can be customized extensively to make SkillRecord Passport a seamless extension of your training program.
