What is it about?
SkillsUp lets you assemble and manage teams without need for micromanagement. Pick skills, required for your tasks, set milestones for evaluation and rate responsible person for them in SkillsUp. The rating is done by adding a skill point to the skill. There are three criteria to rate: Timing, Quality and Autonomy. If you don't feel that team member performed well, don't reward him/her with skill point. Progress is visible to all team members in the team. That's acts as a grate motivator to perform. Skills gained, stays permanently with a team member.
