Skinny Direct

The Skinny Direct app makes it easy to manage your account, track your usage, change Combos and buy Add-Ons.

The Skinny Direct app lets you:

1. Sign up with Skinny Direct if you aren’t yet a customer.
2. Track how much data, minutes and texts you’ve used.
3. Get more data when you’re running out, change Combos, and buy Add-Ons.
4. Buy Extras Credit for the little things that aren’t included in your Combo and Add-Ons.
5. Manage your account, change payment options, set up usage notifications, and get more.

The app is free, but just a heads up that you’ll use a little bit of data downloading it.

*****Handy tips for when you log in for the first time:*****
If you’re already a Skinny Direct customer, and have activated your SIM, the app will log you in automatically.

If it hasn’t happened:
> Enter your Skinny Direct mobile number with the 0204, 027, 022, 021 bit at the front, like 0204 123 456
> Use the password you’ve set up when you signed up
