This application is document management tool as cloud style. 
You can manage documents that download from Web page or email to iPhone device, and also share documents with other application or cloud service by simple operation.
You can archive, duplicate, rename, remove , or  move  file between cloud and iPhone in same way as PC desktop. The documents managed by cloud and iPhone are shareable
with other application or cloud service (Dropbox, Picasa. Flickr, Twitter etc.) easily. 
 
- You can manage several documents in cloud and iPhone device.
- You can manage documents by various operation methods, such as compress, duplicate, rename, remove, and move file between cloud and iPhone.
- You can download file from the link of Web page or email, also by sharing file by iTunes app.
- You can share with other application and cloud service.
- You can browse or decompress contents of document by only tap operation.

- Support file upload to other cloud service
- Require iOS 5 or later
