The app helps educate and diagnose certain sleep disorders. It also has relaxation tracks for treatment of Insomnia. It has a questionnaire that helps users diagnose common sleep disorders. There is a sleep diary that helps record and visualize sleep patterns for better evaluation with your physician. There are informational slides on common sleep disorders, as well as tools to help combat jet lag during travel. Holistic relaxation techniques help with treatment of Insomnia. The app includes tips to help you sleep better.
