App Store Description

Using the latest in brainwave entrainment techniques and incorporating binaural beat technologies, 'Sleep Perchance to Dream' is designed to help induce a state of relaxation leading to sleep.
Whilst using the app, listening through headphones, tranquil and peaceful soundscapes are played. These are carefully enhanced with binaural beats to control the listener's brainwave activity.
Broken down into 5 parts, the brain is tuned through a range of beat frequencies that incite beta, alpha, theta and delta waves in the brain.
These brainwave frequencies are associated with the natural frequencies experienced whilst people go through a normal nights sleep, including dream states, deep sleeps and light sleep cycles. The different states are repeated until it is time to wake up when the listener is returned to a natural waking state.
There are three sleep modes available, 'Power nap', 'Timed sleep', 'Alarm clock'.

Remember headphones must be used to listen to the app to experience the brainwave entrainment effect.
