SleepTime - wake up with pleasure

SleepTime provides an interface to find the perfect time to fall asleep or wake up. It utilizes researched methods to decide the optimal time to setup alarms.

Your body is typically already in a half awake state during a REM sleep cycle. By using the proper sleep cycle at night, you will feel more refreshed when you wake up. This application just calculates when these typically occur!

You can decide when to fall asleep, based on a wakeup time specified by you. It can also setup alarms to wake you up.
