Repairs

For over twenty years, the Apple-Authorized service department at Small Dog Electronics has been repairing Macs both in and out of warranty. Our highly skilled, award-winning service department gets your repair done in an industry-leading three to five business days. We repair equipment both in our retail stores and on a mail-in basis. Expedited service is available for an additional fee.

Our Apple-certified technicians use genuine Apple parts for all repairs. We work in a static-free environment to eliminate the chance of electrostatic discharge damaging sensitive components inside your computer.

All new and refurbished Apple hardware carries a one-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Apple does not authorize third parties to perform iPod service. Small Dog Electronics is authorized to facilitate repairs of iPods, iPads and all Apple computers and accessories (excluding iPhones). Whether you've dropped your iPad or your MacBook Air isn't running as well as it did when you first got it, our skilled technicians can diagnose your device issues and recommend the most cost effective repair options for you. Don't forget we are also authorized in warranty repairs with Apple for manufacturer defects, so many repairs won't cost you a dime!

Our Apple Certified Consultants can meet with you in one of our retail locations, at your home or office, or even remotely connect to your computer to assist with all of your IT needs. Consulting fees vary depending on the type of consultation and the location; please submit a request via this app and we will contact you with all of the available support options.

With almost 20 years of experience in the computer industry, Small Dog Consultants hold advanced certifications from Apple, ensuring you receive expert advice and state-of-the art solutions for all of your technology needs. Small Dog Electronics is a member of the Apple Consultants Network, and our consultants have the highest level of Apple certifications available, including Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) and Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC).
