App Store Description

This app is designed for individuals who have previously completed CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training and wish to maintain or refresh their skills over time.
It is an Apple Watch–only app, intended for use directly on your watch (not available on iPhone alone).

■ Preparation
Before starting, please prepare a cushion, sponge, or a CPR training manikin for safe chest compression practice.

■ How to Use
The app provides audio and vibration cues at an optimal compression tempo (100–120 bpm, adjustable in settings).
Follow the beat and practice compressing the cushion with your hands stacked, using the heel of your palm, just as in real chest compressions.

■ Tempo Detection & Feedback
The app uses the Apple Watch’s built-in accelerometer to detect your chest compression tempo.
The detected tempo is updated every 10 seconds and displayed on-screen:

Green: Optimal range (100–120 bpm)
Blue: Below 100 bpm
Red: Above 120 bpm
You can adjust detection sensitivity in the settings to match your preference.

■ Notification Features
Time-based alerts: Set a duration (e.g., 180 seconds) to receive a notification when the time is up.
Repetition alerts: Set a number of compressions (e.g., 30 reps) and get notified when you reach it.

Disclaimer:
This app is intended for training and practice purposes only. It follows the 2024 compression rate guidelines by the American Heart Association (AHA). The app provides audio and vibration guidance to help maintain appropriate chest compression tempo during CPR training sessions.

Before using the app in a training scenario, please familiarize yourself with its functionality and tutorial, and ensure that all settings are properly configured.
