SMART YOU is SPC's exclusive app, used to manage the brand's smart watches.
With the app, users can track their physical condition and boost their physical and mental wellbeing. Here's a sample of what the app can do once it has been linked to an SPC SMARTEE watch:

Monitor daily activity.
Accurately record the number of steps taken and the distance travelled, as well as the calories burnt while undertaking physical activity, the minutes spent, and sleep quality.

Record workout sessions in a detailed and smart way
The new Smart YOU application offers the possibility to record training for more than 100 different sports (racquet sports, water sports, team sports, ball sports, etc.) and provides daily, weekly, monthly, and annual statistics.
It also offers data on heart rate and blood oxygen level.

Monitor sleep
Discover what your rest is like, when you are in the different sleep phases, and the quality of your sleep.

Access practical features
You can also control your music and your smartphone's camera, get notifications, and use GPS to map routes if your smart watch has a GPS built in.

Please remember that continuous use of the GPS in the background can greatly reduce the battery life of your watch.
