We have meticulously built our application for best usage practice and top of the line workings for any organization employees to quickly get started and come onboard to this unique platform that allows real time and timely communication with the HR administration and their management effortlessly.
With the SmartHRMS e-Services app, staff will be able to apply leave, submit claims, submit time sheets, initiated travel request on their smartphone or tablets.
(E-Leave) Application of Leave by Employee. Allow User to check and apply leave online. Includes Leave cancellation function. Employees are attached supporting document to better facilitate their leave application. At one click, employees would be able to view and check their leave balances. They can also use the Leave Calendar function to better plan their leave so that they won’t clash with their team members’ leave schedule.
(E-Claim) Submission of claims by Employee. Allow User to apply claim online. Claims can be integrated and payout via payroll or separately. Budget setup can also be done to allocate different claim budget for different items and level of employees.
(E-Payslip/Tax Form) Users can view their payslip records online. They can also view their tax forms like IR8A and Appendix 8A online. This allows the employee to download their payslip to PDF if needed.
(E-Information) Users can view their personal profile, Assets Issued to them, Leave Calendar of the company online for better manpower planning
Two Layer approval process – Email notification will be route to approval managers, who will login to approve or reject the application. System allows up to 2 level approval.
