“Smilee” is a communication service provided by connect, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), which allows its users to create and share with their spouses and/or grandparents an electronic photo album containing a collection of children's photos and videos.

Smilee makes the virtual album containing a collection of photos and videos taken, and comments made, by him/her (hereinafter referred to as the “Photos, etc.”), to share such electronic photo album with other Admin Users and Browsing Users, whom he/she has invited, and to achieve mutual communication throughcomments and the like.
