Smrt:Monitor

Smrt:Monitor allows employers to actively monitor, encourage and record the health of its employees, reducing the risk of infection between staff members or the general public. Through a series of simple to navigate screens within the employees app on their own device they are able to notify the employer when they have taken a test, and later submit the test results, and if positive immediately alert the employer.
Through an employer dashboard they can quickly monitor test results for an individual, a department, branch or whole organisation. They are able to monitor compliance, and if chosen, generate payments to employees based upon their own criteria. Employers can set up reminders for employees and send out tailored messages.
