PropSnap is a streamlined iOS app designed for property inspectors, real estate professionals, and field workers who need to capture, organize, and annotate photos with precision. Built for efficiency, PropSnap allows users to take photos with their iPhone’s camera, automatically embedding critical metadata such as GPS location, date, time, and camera details (e.g., lens model, focal length, aperture) into each image.

Customizable Filenames: Photos are named using a user-defined format based on address, city, or work order number, with a sequential counter (e.g., 123_NYC_001.jpg) that persists across sessions and resets only when key fields change.
Optimized Performance: Capture photos quickly with minimal shutter delay (~0.11-0.13 seconds), thanks to optimized camera settings prioritizing speed. Images are resized to a compact 480x640 resolution and kept under 1MB for efficient storage.
Metadata & Timestamping: Automatically add GPS coordinates, EXIF data, and an optional visible timestamp (e.g., "05/18/2025 12:01 PM") to each photo, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
Progressive Thumbnails: View a scrollable gallery of thumbnails in the camera preview, with tap-to-open functionality to review photos in the Photos app.
Camera Options: Choose between Normal, Ultra-Wide, and Telephoto lenses to suit your capture needs, with metadata reflecting the selected camera type.
