Socio Connect features a dynamic database with constantly updated information about social need programs and community-based resources that offer the basic resources one needs to be healthy.

We believe everyone deserves to have all their basic social needs met. Yet, the eligibility criteria and other information related to most social programs and resources are often difficult to find or even understand. Socio Connect simplifies the process.
