Our Story

We started because of a dream to connect the two things that matter in life: people and wellness.

In my 15 years of coaching, I realized that people have longer-lasting results when working together in groups. Social motivation empowers when paired with weight loss, exercise, and the changing of nutritional and behavioral habits.

Facebook and Instagram have worked adequately to provide a platform for people to motivate each other. However, that’s not their real purpose.
SocioFit is a community app built for wellness in all forms. It is a place for you to inspire your friends and others whom you may never have met, for you to effectively share your journey with your friends, for you to receive positive motivation and assurance from others in a safe space. And if you need additional help, for you to quickly find the perfect coach who can provide that extra mile of professional training.

Our launch in August 2019 is Phase 1 of SocioFit, and it’s only the beginning. Great things lie ahead.
