Use Our ReadyCash option where they will be able to pick up cash from any SBL branch on the next Bangladesh working day.
Just enter their chosen Branch, phone number and their chosen form of identification.

Before you start, to register
You will need:
1 form of government issued ID
1 proof of address
Proof of income if you want to transact more than 4k

We will ask for an email address so we can send a welcome email to you and let you know your onboarding process has been complete. Once you have received the email you simply add your beneficiaries (if we havent already done this for you) and start sending money to beneficiaries.

Open the app and enter your Remitter details to create and account
Choose and hold up you form of identification to the camera one at a time
Take a Video Selfie so we can verify you
Youll then receive a confirmation email
Add your beneficiaries in the App
Choose your method of payment (Debit or Credit Card)
Now youre ready to make payments wherever and whenever.

Remember
We will never call you and ask you for your Card Details
Never enter your Online Banking details after clicking on a link in an email or text message.

When you install the Sonali Bank (UK) App, you may be asked to let it access information or use your devices features. This is so that some of the apps features can run properly (almost all apps do this). IOS own the names of permissions and Sonali Bank (UK) will only use them to enhance your experience when using the app. You can find a list of the apps permissions in your phones Setting Privacy.
