We have a built-in cancellation process that means that if a client cancels you still receive a partial payment for your time, and we support with disputes and refund requests to ensure there is a fair resolution.

You can also fill cancelled appointment slots and create special offers, by sending out last minute appointment notifications with reduced prices to customers in your area.
