Speak and Spar

Speak and Spar is an application for the iPhone or iPod. It adds a new dimension of intensity and fun to working out with a punching bag. The bag must be pedestal mounted, such as a Century BOB® or Wavemaster®. The iPhone or iPod is attached to the front, side, or back of the pedestal using a commonly available neoprene armband.

It is a great training enhancement for the martial arts enthusiast’s home or instructor’s studio.

At home, let Speak and Spar challenge you with a variety of punches and kicks. See your power and response time charted in front of you as you train. Or, step into the ring and hear the simulated audience cheer you on as you fight round after round, a fun way to do interval training.
