What is it about?

SpeedQ is an online food ordering platform that digitalises how people order their food. Our innovation targets food consumers, food vendors and food court owners. Firstly, we aim to deliver convenience to consumers by offering a digital platform to queue for their food. Customers would be able to skip the physical queue, order/pre-order their food anytime and anywhere, and go cashless by paying digitally. Secondly, we aim to maximise profits for food vendors. SpeedQ increases the efficiency of the vendor’s order taking SOP by digitising and automating the process. It also increases consumer’s average spending per order by leveraging digital upselling and cross-selling capabilities. Additional benefits for vendors include optimisation of inventory and revenue management. Finally, we aim to increase management efficiency for foodcourt owners. One example will be collecting data and providing meaningful analysis on trends such as consumer’s behaviour, movement, and spending habits.
