Spiritspyn

Spiritspyn is a rhythm based indoor cycling studio located in Evanston serving the North Shore and Chicagoland area.

No metrics, leaderboards or screens here like a typical spin class. In a dark, candlelight room we use a combination of resistance, heavy music beats and choreography to create cycling experience. The "y" is derived from the rhYthmic way we move to the beat of the music.

At Spiritspyn, we believe he human spirit is stronger than anything that can happen to it. It endures, it doesn’t quit, it prevails - it is unbreakable. We create the conditions to challenge and inspire. We ride hard and we test our limits. We connect to the music and move our bodies to the beat. We open our mind and hearts. We come back to ourselves. We commit to seeing our best selves. Through heavy pushes and electric speeds and everything in between, we endure, we don’t quit, we prevail. We get stronger.
