SPL is a gamification platform League for SPAR India Team with the preliminary Objective of making Sales more engaging and exciting and thereby nurturing young and talented players. This league drives on a daily, weekly & Monthly basis where SPAR India Store teams, category teams will be representing different Players and compete against each other.

Scores are calculated and every players stands to see where she/he stands. Different KPIs are covered to make Sales Gamification more relevant. Store Managers & Category are the Key players in the League throughout the entire journey. There are Intraday, Weekly & cumulative Scoreboards.

There are spectators as well who can cheer there favourite players.
