SpoonMe enables people to:

- Share their meals, recipes, or Journal Entries to The Feed where their friends and family can see what they are enjoying
- Enables users to track the food they eat visually with a photo grid, so you can intuitively eat and be mindful about your food choices so you can eat more of the food you love. Barcode scanning comes for free with SpoonMe.
- Recipe import and storage. You can enter a website link, or scan an old recipe index card, and automatically import your recipes to store. Your friends can see your recipes as well, if you let them.
- Public profiles: With SpoonMe you can follow the food creators to see their most recent creations, and share your own as well if you make your profile public. SpoonMe fosters connecting over food.
