SportsCap is an application that assists clubs and schools with the management of their sports fixtures and the sharing of that information with pupils, club members, fellow staff and parents.

SportsCap was created out of the need to provide a simple solution for clubs and schools and once rolled out will give them the one thing they they need most... More Time!

Most school coaches and directors of specific codes are themselves teachers and spend most of their time in the classrooms teaching their pupils. This does not give them a lot of time to arrange and also monitor if all the requirements have been met for a specific day.

SportsCap automates most of this for the coach/teacher such as being able to submit your BokSmart teamlist for rugby in under 5 mins from the application loaded on their mobile phone and can be done anywhere, anytime. A director of sport can also check to see if everything has been completed by the coaches/teachers before the big days.

What about a member or pupil on tour who falls ill or gets injured during a sports or school event. Who do you contact? What are they allergic to? Which hospital should we take them to? Do they have medical aid? These are all questions you can answer just by using the app on your phone.
