This App gives users a more connected experience and provides great tools during every step of the sale.

There are still a lot of customers these days who request a vehicle brochure. Sales people will be able view all new car brochures and have the option to share those brochures with their customers.

When a member of the sales team has a customer that requires a payoff from their bank, St. Louis Nissan offers quick and easy access to the phone numbers for many of the banks in St. Louis for an easy to use experience of obtaining payoff quotes for customers who have vehicles that their interested in trading in.

There is a Staff contact page in case a salesperson needs to contact a fellow employee.

Four Leaderboards updated daily from Management are integrated in the App which provides a quick way for salespeople to see how their doing. Coming soon is the option for when a salesperson logs into the app, they’ll be able to see their individual MTD numbers.

Many dealerships live and breathe by their reviews, so there is a feature providing a quick way for salespeople to send the review links from 4 different review sources to their customers to fill out their review.

Employees of St. Louis Nissan are required to download 5 specific apps when they begin employment. To make things easy, St. Louis Nissan has an Apps page for its users to download all of the necessary apps and create bookmarks to their respective web sites as well.

Service at a car dealership is also very important. For every new vehicle purchased, it is required to set the first oil change appointment through service, so salespeople will enjoy this feature of being able to quickly schedule service appointments straight from the App.

One of the important items a salesperson always needs to have on them is their business card. In this App, salespeople have the option to generate a digital business card that they can text to their customers.

Before a customer comes in to browse the vehicle that their interested in, usually, a salesperson will pull up the vehicle before the customer arrives and place an appointment sign on the vehicle. St. Louis Nissan's App gives the user the option of generating an appointment sign.

When a car gets sold, a sold sign is placed on the vehicle and to make things easier, there is an option to generate a Sold sign from the side menu.

During this time, more and more dealerships are now providing virtual appointments for customers who are trying to stay safe at home and prefer the buying experience to be from home rather than in person at the Dealership. For this, users can browse our inventory specials from the app which creates a unique buying experience for customers who prefer to stay at home and on their phones.

Users of the app will have the option to create an account and login, there are many benefits of creating an account through the app, one of them is being able to save vehicles that they're interested in for viewing later on.
