Staffing Hat

The purpose of this app is to give educators the ability too search and find available temporary positions from other Early Child Care providers and families with inside of the Staffing Hat Network.

The goal is to ensure that all Staffing Hat educators have a criminal record check that is posted on the app also any relevant training, first aid CPR and fire safety. In the child care field this is the basics for any child care educator working in a child care facility.

There are also two pay scales for every child care individual on Staffing Hat one is a non credential staff which individuals receive $9 an hour. The other is a credential staff where individuals receive $11 an hour. If a provider wishes to hire a staffing hats educator permanently they will still responsible to pay a finder's fee.
