Star Assist – 24 hrs. Roadside Assistance Application that makes you feel fully at ease

Star Assist is a new application that designed to provide Mercedes-Benz customers an added level of safety and convenience while any emergency function problem on the road. This application is user-friendly, makes requesting and receiving Roadside Assistance extremely simple.

In the event of any vehicle breakdown, • Simply open the application and press the “Star Assist” button to request assistance. Your current location, vehicle details including your membership information will automatically be transferred to Assistance Coordinator. Within a few seconds, an Assistance Coordinator will contact you, already knowing who you are, where you are as well as the model of your vehicle. Once a service vehicle is sent to your assistance, you can follow its progress on a map via the application.

The app also includes the following features that you will find useful in everyday life:

“Find my car” if you forgot where you parked your car in a large car park, the “Find my car” feature enables you to pinpoint your vehicle’s location and ensure you don’t waste time searching for your car ever again.

“Dealer Search” This function helps you to locate the authorized dealers. Along with a map, you will be informed of opening hours and contact details.

“Live Traffic” Helps you avoid traffic snarls and plan the easiest route to your destination.

“Around Me” Provides information and directions to places in the surrounding area such as the nearest banks, hospitals, restaurant, department stores, and etc.

“Social Media” & “Website” This features allow you to get information on new products, sales campaigns, service campaigns and activities.
