Star2Star’s Text Message application is our SMS/MMS application that allows users to communicate via text messages with customers or other business contacts. This guide provides the basics on how to use our Mobile Text Messaging application.

Two-Way Messaging:

Text Messaging provides two-way messaging capabilities between any US, SMS/MMS-ready phone numbers, and supports SMS and MMS text messages, attachments, and hyperlinks.

Message Management:

Manage text messaging activities with the ability to multi-select message threads to manage conversations, long press on single messages to perform specific actions, and delete at the Conversation and Messaging levels.

Persistent Message History:

Messages are securely maintained in our cloud, allowing users to access their messages on any device with Text Messaging installed. This prevents loss of message history and important information with the ability to maintain access on new devices or if one of your devices crashes.

Communication Across Platforms:

View conversations across both the Desktop and Mobile Text Messaging applications. Users can use Desktop Text Messaging while on a computer and Mobile Text Messaging while in the field. Take the conversation wherever you go!
