Stellar hosts programs and workouts by world-class personal trainers, ranging from 4-12 weeks and 5-45 minutes of length, with or without weights, including:
* Glorious Woman Program, a 8-week post-pregnancy program to build a strong foundation after having given birth - either recently or a few years ago. We’ll find and activate muscle groups that may have become more passive after pregnancy
* Explosive Performance, a 5-week program with equipment focusing on explosive strength with high, low and medium intensity making you stronger and more energized
* The Ladder, a fun ladder workout where you’ll be doing various exercises with increased number of repetitions and time. Using your bodyweight you can push yourself quite hard and set the pace really high
* Full Body Strength, your new go to workout, focusing on your whole body during 16 minutes with strength and mobility exercises this workout will leave you feeling stronger and more energized
