The Strata.chat app requires your building to be Strata.chat enabled (ask your building manager or committee to register).
Strata.chat supports:

- Concierge, our automated digital assistant for access to information, services, problem support and help with products and services
- In-building public community channels
- In-building private community channels
- Real-time chat autotranslation in 31 languages
