Stratford Connects

Stratford Connects helps seniors in our community create meaningful relationships with one another as well as with new residents and families in our community through the matching programs.

The app also allows for the exchange of skills, talents, goods and services, all with an outlook to helping seniors connect socially, share their abilities with others and be an active part of our community.

The Town of Stratford is a growing picturesque community situated on a peninsula just south of Charlottetown, the provincial capital of Prince Edward Island, Canada. The population of Stratford in the 2016 census was just below 10,000 persons however strong population growth has continued in the community with a mix of both new residents and new immigrants to our country settling into the community.
