Patients with episodic migraine who are enrolled in the STREAM (Studying TRiggers in Everyday Activity for Migraine) research study use this app to conveniently complete daily surveys about their headaches and potential trigger factors.

Researchers at Stanford University are studying how changes in daily experiences like stress, sleep, and food consumption affect the occurrence of migraine headaches. Different people with migraines often find that these factors affect their migraines in different ways. The goal of this study is to better understand the effects of potential trigger factors on migraine headaches at both individual and population levels.

Recruitment for the STREAM research study took place from October 2018 through March 2019.
