Requires an existing Stridist account. Must be a client of a health and fitness coach using the Stridist coaching platform.

• Send and receive private messages with your coach
• Ask questions and get feedback on assigned program activities
• New: Track your meals with photo-based meal logging
• Integrate with wearables (uses HealthKit and Carekit data)
