Here’s how it works: Every morning, you set up today’s tasks, beginning with a Daily Review. You order tasks to tell Orbit your priorities, and Orbit will gently remind you what’s next throughout the day. You can keep track of everything in the app, or take advantage of Orbit’s deep integrations with Control Center, Live Activities, Widgets, and Siri to find and complete your to-dos—however you’re using your device.

Orbit is built with high-impact, low-urgency personal productivity in mind. You can use Orbit as a standalone app, or use it as the daily component of a larger productivity system via Shortcuts. You won’t find in-app tools for bulk editing thousands of tasks or scheduling things for the distant future.
