Super David

Super David aims to strengthen disaster risks preparedness among younger generations through innovative experiential learning. It seeks to empower school-aged children and their communities by encouraging their development of the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to prepare for, respond to, and recover from a natural disaster or emergency situation, thereby promoting the culture of security and right behavioral norms during emergency situations, as well as encouraging informed and helping children.

The game features 8 categories / types of natural disasters ("Earthquakes", "Fires", "Lightning", "Landslides", "Floods", "Strong Winds and Storms", "Mudflows", "Rockfalls").

Through gamification the Super David reaches out to the target audiences, and introduces these important issues in a user-friendly game format which is more effective in teaching such complex and sensitive issues.
