Purpose of the App:
We are a deli and coffee lounge business and one of the key requirements of the business is to acquire customer feedback through simple ways. The use of a survey application hence is the quickest and user friendly method that helps us in our routine business. Our customers simply enter their basic information and comments and this information is delivered to us through email. Our data tabulators then use these comments and ratings to grade staff and lounge performance.
Target Audience
Our target audience is only the walk-in customers we deal with at our deli and lounges. These are the folks who feel our service and would like to inform the management on how they were served.
Is this an existing service? If yes, where is it available?
Yes we are an existing business and we are currently working under the Saudi Catering Company in major Saudi Arabian airports and Al-Fursan lounges.
How does the user/company pay for the service?
The application is not intended to be downloaded or used for public. There is no fees required to take part in the survey. It is only a data acquisition tool for our own quality up keeping.
