Yogaśvana深信教學的老師與學員能共同營造空間能量，作為一間精品級小教室，有別於坊間健身房，捨棄多樣化的團體課程。專注於靜態瑜珈練習，讓學員與老師共同創造適宜瑜伽練習的寧靜空間。
我們希望學員以最無壓的方式來到教室練習，因此教室備有齊全的練習設備，僅選用有品牌與高質感的瑜伽器材。
老師們除了具備專業的師資證照外，皆保持自我練習與固定進修，每位老師皆有自己專精的領域，帶領學員深化練習。
