If so, this boxing timer app is what you've been looking for! You have rounds and rests and the ability to set sprints within the rounds, making this into a versatile interval timer app for high intensity interval training workouts and Martial Arts training!

Fully customisable for your specific need; it can be your typical kickboxing timer, or you can set it to 5 minutes like an MMA round.


I was looking for an app like this, but I could only find rounds and rests, or high intensity and low intensity. No app out there gave me the ability to add sprints » within rounds.
