Symptom Diary

The Symptom Diary helps you talk to your doctor or medical professional about your condition rather than wasting time trying to remember when your symptoms occurred.

The Symptom Diary makes it easy and intuitive to record symptoms when they occur. It documents your symptoms in a chart and detailed table that you can email to yourself and/or contacts you select.

Each diary entry records a symptom, the bodily location and the time. Optionally, medications taken and comments may also be recorded. The location is selected on a map of the human body. Medications are selected from a searchable database.

The list of symptoms and medicines can be edited. Symptoms and medicines can also be marked as favourites for easy selection.

The Symptom Diary is developed by Beautiful Software in Australia with an aim to improve health outcomes for Australians and Australian families. Beautiful Software is owned and run by Stuart Harris, a sufferer of Crohn's disease for 20 years.
