SyncedLists is the app for that.

SyncedLists is a simple utility app that allows you to share synchronized checklists with your friends. Lists are updated in realtime, allowing you to see instant updates when your friends add or complete items off the lists.

SyncedLists can be setup in three easy steps:
1. Create a new list.
2. Add some items that need to be completed.
3. Invite your friends and you're ready to go!
