Systam Emergency

Emergency services will have the following features:

Real-time alert reception:
The app will receive automatic notifications of incidents reported by 112, with details about the emergency (type of emergency, location, description, casualties, severity, etc.).
Alerts will reach all emergency team members involved in the response, allowing for rapid coordination.

Interactive map display:
The location of the emergency is marked on an interactive map, allowing for the fastest route, possible access points, and the area's characteristics.

This includes a visualization of the weather conditions at the point of response.
The exact position of critical elements such as hydrants, defibrillators, and tanks is shown on the map.
In addition, the app can integrate information on traffic conditions, obstacles, closed routes, or risk areas (such as areas with tall buildings or industrial zones).

Incident updates by the emergency team:
Emergency personnel can update incident information in real time, adding details about the ongoing response.

This update may include:
Images and videos: It will be possible to take photos or record videos of the incident and send them to the central database, so that other teams have an accurate picture of the situation.
Information on the status of the fire or emergency: Details on the level of fire, potential casualties, or risk situations will be included.

"Key" intervention codes: Teams will be able to select from a list of predefined codes (e.g., "park exit," "arrival at intervention point," "GRC personnel requirements"), which will be automatically recorded, creating a timeline of statuses.

Real-time monitoring:
The control center and other units will be able to follow the progress of the incident in real time. Additionally, they will be able to obtain intervention statistics and better coordinate with other emergency teams (police, ambulances, etc.).

Real-time communications:
Teams will be able to communicate with each other through an in-app messaging system linked to the 112 Emergency Response Team (CAD).

Alerts and notifications:
Teams will receive notifications with important updates about the incident, such as changes in the situation, new photos, location, additional resources dispatched, or new orders for action.

Teams will also receive alerts about new incidents in case their team finishes the current incident and needs to move to another location.

Integration with emergency management systems:
The app integrates with PSAP/CAD systems used by 112 services or local authorities, centralizing information on a common platform provided by Systam.

Access to response protocols:
Specific manuals or protocols for each type of emergency can be included, allowing for quick reference in the field.

Simple and secure interface:
The interface is simple and accessible, allowing for quick access to information without distractions.

Authentication is provided to prevent unauthorized access.

It works offline in the event of a 4G/5G coverage failure, allowing uninterrupted work.
