SZNL lets you create your ideal living arrangement by facilitating seasonal home stays. Work from the city one month, find a place in the mountains the next, and then swap it out for the beach the month after. All while keeping your home base to return to.

How does it work?
Post your place and agree to host other SZNL members whenever you list it is available. Browse exciting apartments or homes in other locations and request the days you'd like to stay there. Chat with your host to make sure it's a match and then you'll be on your way. Your host may request to stay at your place in turn, or they may find a SZNL home in a different area and stay there instead. Either way, we'll take care of the logistics.

Where can I go?
Anywhere! Once you're a SZNL member, you can request to stay at any other SZNL home in your apartment or home's rent range, whenever the host has made it available.

What does it cost?
SZNL's goal is to help you avoid the cost of short-term stays paid on top of your lease or mortgage. For now, SZNL membership is free. This allows you to make as many reservations on the platform throughout the year as you'd like. All you have to do is continue to make your apartment or home available for reservations by other members during your stays elsewhere.
