With the TakeGo customer app, users can make requests for couriers to pick up and deliver packages. They simply need to specify the pick up address and the drop off address. they can also add a description or an image of the package and then specify the size of vehicle. This can be done in one minute or less.
The app can also be used to track the package and couriers. They user will be notified when a courier has been dispatched. There is also a notification when the package has been successfully delivered.
