TDFD – ‘Talent Development for Diversity’ is an official app of Takeda that allows leaders to access information related to talent development programs and initiatives intended for various talent pools in the company.

The TDFD App is a Digital Platform for leaders to promote continuous learning among the various talent pools that the Takeda TDOE (Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness) team supports.
