Talk-a-teen is an app that allows you to enter a virtual psychotherapy platform in order to find exactly the help you need. When entering our institute, you can meet all of our psychotherapists and learn about them; you'll see some personal information about our therapists and professional information such as their specialty and mode of treatment. After meeting our therapist, you can choose the one you prefer and contact her/him through our app. You will then be invited to attend a preliminary session in order to meet in person the therapist you chose. After this session you and your therapist embark on a 12-week journey that takes place over the app. You will be sent short movies and audio files that will help you understand and practice the psychological tools you need in order to overcome your problem. These tools include Mindfulness, Relaxation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and positive thinking. You will also be able to communicate with your therapist through the app on a daily basis/ After the completion of the 12-week journey you will meet again with your therapist in order to conclude the journey... Talkateen provides integration with Apple Health.
