HR2 (Human Resources & Human Response) is an integrated set of application systems that provides Tan Holdings Corporation a platform that will best manage its most important asset - people.

HR2 automates previously manual administrative functions of the Company's Human Resources Department. HR2 allows us to access accurate and meaningful information about our employees, allowing automation of human resources-related tasks and business processes. HR2 supports the Company's standardized and global HR business processes while having the flexibility to address country-specific HR requirements.

All HR2 Systems access a common database, thus ensuring that all systems always access the most up-to-date data. User access is defined based on authorization profiles, giving appropriate control to access and process the employee's data.
