Our App allows waiting staff to take orders anywhere whether its your outside dining are, front bar or foyer. Orders are automatically sent to the kitchen without having to go back and forth to a Point of Sale terminal.

SIMPLE AND FAMILIAR
The Tapa Waiter App has a simple to use and intuitive interface. Staff can quickly select a customer’s table, order food and drinks and customise cooking selections. Staff can also review and read the order back to the customer. The order is then seamlessly sent to the relevant bar or kitchen prep printer or kitchen display screen. There is no need to write down the order and congregate around an order taker. This can increase table turnover times and reduce customer wait times.

NO MISTAKES
The App provides staff with step-by-step ordering, meaning there is no handwriting to decipher. We also provides a clear review screen to confirm the order with customers. This eliminates simple mistakes. Fewer errors equate to lower food costs and a higher profit, due to the reduced number of wrong orders taken.

SEAMLESS INTEGRATION
Our app is fully integrated with Tapa Point of Sale Software. This means when a user sends the order from the app it goes straight to the POS terminal. Orders are printed to the kitchen or bar without needing any server interaction. The App uses your existing configuration already in your POS system – all menus and options carry across in the same layout so your staff will already be familiar.

INCREASE REVENUE
Increase your revenue with smart upsell features like pop-up menus. You can easily increase your customers average spend by including extras such as providing a sauce selection, extra side orders or recommending wine choices for particular main courses.

NOTE:
The Tapa Waiter App is a companion to your Tapa Point of Sale Software and therefore requires that you already have a Tapa Point of Sale system installed at your business.

Your device must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Point of Sale terminals in order to successfully pair and communicate with your Point of Sale system.

DEMO MODE:
If you do not already have a Tapa Point of Sale System you can use our Demo Mode option from the home screen. This will mimic a hospitality business and allow you to preview the functionality available – orders will not actually be sent.
